Cornelis Vrolijk
Cornelis Vrolijk is an internationally operating family business active in the catching, farming, processing, and trading of fish and shrimp. The company makes an important contribution to the food security of millions of people. The social commitment at Cornelis Vrolijk is great. The organisation works with an eye for healthy fish stocks, minimal environmental impact and the well-being of its employees. The company asked us to provide support in formulating their vision of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its implementation.
In recent years, we supported the CSR manager in formulating the CSR policy plans for various business sectors. Furthermore, we assisted Cornelis Vrolijk in conducting a materiality analysis. We also took care of the design of the policy plans and the CSR annual reports.
Thanks in part to our support, Cornelis Vrolijk has been able to structure and strengthen the CSR policy they have developed. The CSR policy is made visible, both to employees and externally.
