Towards an improved composition of processed foods: Every step counts
As part of the National Prevention Agreement, the Ministry of Health has agreed with the food industry to improve the composition of processed products so that consumers consume less salt, sugar and saturated fat and more fibre. For this purpose, the National Approach to Product Improvement has been launched in the spring of 2022.
