We helped shape Betuwewind’s growth strategy with a sharp, widely supported positioning. Our expertise in the energy transition and strategic communication enabled clear choices in language, tone, and messaging. The result: greater recognition, relevance, and trust among members and partners – and a solid foundation for increased visibility and collaboration.
From analysis to clear and supported positioning
We started with a thorough analysis: internal documents, public communication, and a baseline perception audit. We explored how Betuwewind is viewed, by whom, and what stakeholders expect - through interviews ranging from members and journalists to clients and local governments. In a series of interactive workshops - both with the core team and during the general assembly - we explored Betuwewind’s DNA.
Together, we refined the mission and vision and formulated the core values that make Betuwewind truly distinctive. We then translated the strategy into communication: a sharpened tone of voice, visual direction (including a subtle logo refresh), and clear principles for future campaigns. The repositioning came to life in the follow-up campaign for WattHub Rotterdam – in words, visuals, and message.
