By liaising with entrepreneurs, from large to small and from farm to plate, as well as with the directors of the Zeeland Economic Board, the story of food in Zeeland has been well received. There is now clear advice and an implementation plan describing who will do what and when in order to strengthen the innovative power of the agri-food sector in Zeeland.
Insight into opportunities and challenges
We visited companies in Zeeland and spoke to proud entrepreneurs. The knowledge gained from these conversations has enabled us to identify the challenges facing agri-food entrepreneurs in Zeeland, as well as the solutions and opportunities in the province.
