Stimulating electric delivery vans

To encourage the use of electric vans for goods transport, the ministry is setting up an experiment. A temporary change in the law ensures that these buses up to a maximum weight of 4,250 kg may be driven by drivers with a B license, instead of a C license. This is an exception, as buses over 3,500 kg may normally only be driven with a C license.

Zero-emission parcel delivery

To map all aspects of the required legislative change, we organised a participation process for the ministry. We mapped out which organisations and individuals needed to be involved in the process. Then, in several rounds, we discussed with all stakeholders what obstacles there are, how they can be solved and who has a role in them. This way, we helped the ministry make an effective legislative change and keep costs low for all parties involved. Zero-emission parcel delivery in the city is now another step closer.
