Setting ambitions 

In 2019, we supported NS Retail in choosing their sustainable and healthy themes, using a trend, stakeholder, and materiality analysis; and formulated an ambition statement. In the meantime, NS Retail has taken important steps towards a more sustainable and healthier assortment. Now the time has come for NS Retail to communicate their successes and challenges. To support them in this, our experts critically reviewed the communication strategy and sustainability initiatives and drew up do's and don'ts for the campaign and the use of the 'Green on the road' logo.
