Realigning HEMA's sustainability focus
As HEMA renewed their strategy in 2021, it was important to perform a materiality analysis again, and which HEMA employed us to do. For this analysis, internal and external stakeholders indicate which issues around corporate social responsibility they consider most important (material) for HEMA in their focus on sustainability. We used our Materiality Scan for this purpose. Through interviews and an online survey for internal and external stakeholders, we gathered information. The material topics contribute to the reassessment of HEMA's sustainability focus and the development of new goals for further sustainability at HEMA, from product to customer.
Continuing to work towards a better life
In the sustainability report for 2022, HEMA reports on the progress on the goals set for these material topics. This year we supported with the development of the sustainability report and developed the design. The report was published in May 2023. The report helps to show employees and other stakeholders how HEMA, together with all stakeholders, continues to work for a better life in a more beautiful world.
