Inviting for users, donors and volunteers
'You are welcome' wants to be inviting for users, removing barriers to make use of the foodbanks. It also has an appeal to food donors, monetary donors, and volunteers. 'You are welcome' turns out to be the ideal pay-off for the food banks' communications.
Developing a solid positioning that is long-lasting, has broad support, and is sympathetic and appealing is a significant task. Through a work session with the board, where we acted as moderators, we determined the essential building blocks for the positioning together. Based on the outcome, we developed the positioning and elaborated it into an inspiring storyline. These form the base for the development of the new website, social media, and the annual report. The result is an even more sympathetic and hospitable image of the food banks.
