Due to challenges in the area of sustainability, the dairy chain's “licence to produce” in the Netherlands is coming under increasing pressure. In addition, there is growing interest in alternative products, such as plant-based and hybrid dairy products.
Our dairy team tackles challenges in the agri-food chain, with a special focus on dairy. We encourage and facilitate the transition to a future-proof chain.
