Strategy and implementation of the food transition
We want the food system to transform into one that is fair, healthy and sustainable. To achieve this, we support organisations from the business community, the social sector, government and politics with strategic advice and its implementation and communication. In doing so, we help them gain insight and realise their business goals. However, system change cannot be achieved alone. That is why it is essential that parties engage in dialogue and work together. Our subject matter experts facilitate and guide this process.

Thanks to our many years of experience in all links of the food system, we are well aware of the issues that matter. We have extensive in-house knowledge of the protein transition, organic and local food, reducing climate impact, quality labels, food waste, animal welfare, True Pricing and animal-friendly livestock farming.
Our impact
In recent years, we have already made a significant impact throughout the food system: for example, we have been working with the Smart Food Alliance for years to build a knowledge and information platform for medium-sized agri-food companies that seeks to connect with the government. For retailer PLUS, we are organising its embedding in the social field, which ensures customer loyalty and good business. We also organise regular stakeholder consultations for companies and governments, such as this one in the context of the growth of organic sales.
