As a Senior Designer at Schuttelaar I mainly work for online communications. My digital career started in 2012 as a designer and front-end developer. Back then, people told me to focus on one area and excel in either development or design. I saw the advantage of knowing both, so I would have a better understanding of the possibilities between web and design, and be able to code it myself. Today it’s more common for designers to also be able to code than it was 10 years ago. This knowledge of coding comes in handy at Schuttelaar.
