Turning product performance into everyday kitchen confidence

To demonstrate Flora Professional’s role as a reliable foundation in professional kitchens, we developed The Cream Code together with chef Vincent van der Zalm. The concept was translated into a practical cheat sheet featuring five classic base recipes – Crème Suisse, Crème Anglaise, Hollandaise, Beurre Blanc and Béchamel – all prepared using Flora Professional’s plant-based cream and butter alternatives.

Each recipe was explained step by step and supported with instructional videos, allowing chefs to see how the products perform in real kitchen environments. The focus was on delivering consistent results across a wide range of hot and cold applications.

To reach a broad foodservice audience, The Cream Code was promoted through LinkedIn and Meta, complemented by partnerships with the hospitality platforms Food Inspiration and Gastronomix. Collaborating with chef Vincent added credibility and demonstrated the recipes in a professional kitchen setting.

By making the cheat sheet available through a download form, the campaign became not only inspiring but also measurable. The campaign generated 710,000 impressions, 6,914 clicks and 199 downloads, demonstrating strong engagement within the target audience. It showed that hospitality professionals value reliable recipes that make the transition to plant-based cooking easier.
