Tackling two key challenges

The project focuses on two critical issues:

  • Insufficient data on women entrepreneurs, which limits evidence-based policymaking.

  • A shortage of visible role models, making it harder for girls and women to envision careers in entrepreneurship and ESTEAM (Entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).

By addressing these challenges, the initiative aims to empower women, inspire future generations, and strengthen Europe’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Joining forces for impact

We joined forces with Deloitte Belgium and Panteia, under the lead of Deloitte, to implement the initiative for the European Commission.

Our team at Schuttelaar & Partners leads efforts to increase the visibility of role models through a dynamic media campaign. This includes:

  • Recruiting inspiring role models through research and interviews.

  • Creating an engaging social media campaign to amplify their stories.

  • Organising interactive webinars featuring role models and entrepreneurial coaches.

Showcasing stories that inspire

Our media campaign has been at the heart of this project, bringing the stories of women entrepreneurs to life through a strong visual identity and compelling content. We have:

  • Developed a distinctive campaign identity that resonates across platforms.

  • Recruited and profiled inspiring role models from France, Germany, Norway, Poland, and Ukraine.

  • Produced high-quality video interviews that capture their journeys and insights.

  • Organised interactive webinars where these women share experiences and advice with aspiring entrepreneurs.

Through these activities, we have created a vibrant narrative that celebrates women’s achievements and encourages others to follow in their footsteps.
