I have a vision on HR policy and develop stimulating and facilitating P&O tools that contribute to that strategy. My heart lies with people and their talents. My focus is on an optimal connection between personal ambitions and those of the organisation. I love to connect and get people and things into motion.

I am comfortable in a solid P&O function: analysis, development of HR strategy, implementation and execution. I like to make a difference at the dynamic interface between HR and the business. I am an initiator and sparring partner for management, colleagues and future Schuttelarians and like to initiate the conversation with both feet on the ground. Consultancy is in my DNA. Before Schuttelaar & Partners, I worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Pereira Tax Consultants.
