At S&P, novel food is an exciting mission, where sustainability and health are being combined. Being part of the Food Compliance team means I can use my expertise in food safety and toxicology, and help our clients from the start of developing a novel food product, all the way to the end where it can go on to market.
After my master Food Safety, I became more interested in toxicology and wanted to continue working in the same field. At S&P I could do just that. I can apply my inquisitive nature and combine my researching skills and background in order to ensure that we can enjoy new, sustainable, alternative foods.
