Biodiversity does not recover on its own. It requires a collaborative approach from different stakeholders. Through my work for the Foundation Delta Plan Biodiversity Recovery and various other initiatives, I strive to establish this collaboration and bridge differences. The task is enormous. Together with my team, I am deeply committed to reversing the decades-long trend of biodiversity loss and turning it into recovery.

As a managing partner at Schuttelaar & Partners, I am responsible for the biodiversity theme. Since the start of my career, my drive has been to contribute to making our society healthier and more sustainable. With over 25 years of experience in sustainability strategy and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects combined with a passion for both agriculture and nature, I help accelerate sustainability transitions.
