The ever-increasing urgency to reduce CO2 emissions is often considered a bleak message to the public, ample resulting in fruitful conversation. In my job I explain complex sustainability issues and aim to create intrinsic motivation for reducing carbon emissions and encouraging circularity. But reducing eemissions is different for everybody. Sustainability infers a social factor that is equally important when considering a ‘’just’’ energy transition. Only then, collective support can be achieved.
My Masters of Sustainable Business and Innovation and two internships have given me thorough understanding of transitioniong today's businesses towards more sustainable business models. I combine assessment tools like LCA and impact analyses with cost accounting to provide the client with information on financial and sustainability performance.
