Stakeholder assessment and materiality analysis for FrieslandCampina Institute
The FrieslandCampina Institute provides nutrition and health professionals and other relevant stakeholders with scientific information via among others congresses, E-learnings and practical tools, with the goal to achieve better nutrition and health for all.
Diary and nutrition in Belgium
Stakeholders in the field of dairy, nutrition and health in the Netherlands are well known. But what about other countries where FrieslandCampina Institute is active? FrieslandCampina Institute therefore asked Schuttelaar & Partners to help map the relevant stakeholders and nutritional landscape in Belgium.
Mapping stakeholders and material topics
Through cooperation between the S&P offices in the Netherlands and Belgium and an extensive desk research, we bring together knowledge from and experience in the Dutch and Belgian food sector. As such, we are able to identify relevant Belgian stakeholders and map nutritional guidelines in Belgium. Stakeholders and their attitudes regarding the themes dairy, nutrition and health were then plotted within the Quickscan and described in an elaborate report.
Activities within the themes nutrition and health should not be haltered because of country borders. With the current analysis of Belgian stakeholders and the nutritional landscape, we help to increase the possibilities to further expand activities to Belgium, with the goal to make reliable knowledge about nutrition and health available to nutrition and health professionals, in line with the needs of the Belgian population.
