Hi, my name is Maarten, and I work as consultant in the Life Sciences & Healthy Living team. Innovation in health can be a tough subject. Technological developments are evolving in high speed and health is a sensitive topic. Communicating with different people on these subjects inspires me: explaining the complex, or simply helping to listen.

About Maarten

With a bachelor’s in Biology and a master’s in Ethics, I combine the scientific with the societal. Taking all things into consideration, I come up with creative approaches for communication plans. And I put these plans into practice, creating engaging events or insightful narratives. As a philosopher, I learned to ask: what if? Surprisingly, this also turns out to be a very useful skill in planning and organization.
