About Jose

After completing my studies on nutrition and metabolism and obtaining my PhD in Physiology of Human Nutrition, I started working at Schuttelaar & Partners. Here, I mainly focus on supporting clients with the scientific substantiation of the safety or health effects of their innovative and new foods or ingredients. I really like to use my background in nutritional sciences to help our clients get a step closer to market introduction of their healthy and sustainable foods.
